She has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA (Marketing concentration) from Xavier University. With two decades of experience, Carol has honed a unique blend of client relationship management and project management skills that prioritize the customer experience. Known for a strategic approach to fostering strong, lasting relationships, she believes that effective communication, empathy, and integrity are the cornerstones of success in any partnership.

Throughout her career, Carol has successfully led projects across diverse industries, demonstrating an ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Her passion for enhancing customer satisfaction drives her to consistently seek innovative solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
