Jeff is an expert at working with professionals to help them identify, clarify, and pursue their idea of Career Happiness. He has over 20 years of experience as a coach helping countless individuals develop career strategies, make career changes, and define their next career chapters. He is also known as an excellent group facilitator and public speaker on any career-related subject matter.

Jeff brings a unique perspective to coaching having previously worked in marketing, and he leverages that strategic discipline to help clients identify their value proposition and more effectively market themselves…internally, externally, and throughout their career. He takes a collaborative and holistic approach to help people discover and visualize their best professional selves and situations, and to create a plan to put them on the right path to realizing the career they want that fits into the life they want. 

In his personal life, Jeff loves spending time with family and friends, and being involved in anything related to sports or dogs (his Bodie and Carl are a source of great pride and joy). Involvement in the community is also an important part of his life, and he has volunteered or served on projects benefitting youth, his church, Habitat for Humanity, Give Back Cincinnati, and Cincinnati Lab Rescue, among others.
