Juan has spent more than 35 years helping large and small companies solve both technical and organizational problems with robust, systemic solutions.

He recently retired from a Fortune 100 Company after 28 years of service as a Senior Director of Human Resources and helped double the Home Care category from a $2.3 Billion operation to a $5 Billion operation.  He led the processes for Talent, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Reward & Recognition.

Juan has consistently delivered phenomenal results through strong partnerships, excellent collaboration and phenomenal problem-solving capability with the total organization. 

Following retirement, Juan started a Leadership and Diversity Consultant Company.  Juan is certified in Executive Coaching, Intrinsic Inclusion, MBTI and HBDI, Organizational Development and Organizational Design.
