Publications and Mission:

Her book Conscious Culture (available on Amazon!) guides readers down a path to building their own strong culture and explains her mission of creating a pay-it-forward legacy – making the world better one leader and one workplace at a time. 

Melanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Miami University. She also has a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati. Melanie recently created an Essentials of Leadership Course for Miami University and starting fall of 2024 – is excited to join UC as an Adjunct Professor teaching Business Communication.
