Dr. Leighann Rechtin has spent her career helping organizations develop stronger leaders and healthier cultures from the inside out. As Assistant Vice President of Talent Development at Ivy Tech Community College, she led enterprise-wide talent strategies supporting thousands of employees across one of the nation’s largest community college systems. Today, she serves as Learning & Engagement Officer for Talent Magnet Institute while also leading Northern Kentucky University’s Doctor of Educational Leadership program.
Her experience spans corporate, higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and professional services, giving her a unique ability to translate leadership principles across industries. Whether coaching executives, facilitating leadership retreats, designing talent strategies, or developing emerging leaders, Leighann brings equal parts strategic thinking, practical application, and authentic partnership.

She’s an avid reader who participates and leads a few book clubs, a writer and facilitator who creates spaces for reflection and meaningful conversation, a Pilates Reformer instructor, and an enthusiastic supporter of FC Cincinnati.
