Carol holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA with a Marketing concentration from Xavier University. With over two decades of experience, she has developed a unique blend of skills in client relationship management and project management that are centered around enhancing the customer experience.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led projects across diverse industries, demonstrating a strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies. With a hands-on approach to client and vendor relationship management, Carol is also experienced in sales support, customer satisfaction, accounting, and inside sales.

Beyond her professional life, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, playing and watching sports, volunteering at her church, gardening, taking on home improvement projects, and working on cars.
