Welcoming Charle Peck as Director of Education Leadership

We are excited to announce that Charle Peck, M.Ed., MSW, has joined Talent Magnet Institute as a faculty member and Director of Education Leadership, focusing on educators, staff, and leadership of both K-12 and higher education institutions. Charle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to a growing sector in need of ongoing professional development and support. We are thrilled to have her leadership as a part of our team.

Charle is the co-creator of Thriving School Community, a revolutionary program designed to optimize student learning outcomes and well-being in schools. With over 20 years of experience in education (K-12) and a unique combination of an MS in Education and an MS in Social Work, Charle has a profound understanding of both the educational and mental health challenges faced by today’s schools.

As a global keynote speaker, Charle is known for delivering powerful messages of hope to educators and facilitating meaningful professional development sessions. Her unique perspective as a high school teacher turned clinical therapist, who has worked closely with adolescents and families in crisis, brings depth and relevance to her work. She is the co-author of Improving School Mental Health: The Thriving School Community Solution and hosts the podcast "Thriving Educator."
