Welcoming Faculty Member, Jessica Morris
Sep 19, 2024We are delighted to announce the addition of Jessica Morris, ATC, MBA, LAT, ACE-CPT, ACE-CHC, to our Talent Magnet Institute (TMI) team! Jessica is joining us as a faculty member focused on developing and delivering our individual and team well-being, wellness, and self-care offerings. Team leaders and individuals are contacting TMI for our self-care and well-being resources, and we believe this is an essential move in our story to respond and that the culmination of this work will bring us closer to our vision statement of unlocking human potential. Leading ourselves well, taking care of our teams, and gaining strength holistically are all critical components of authentic leadership.
Jessica brings a dynamic, people-centric approach to fostering sustainable change, with a strong focus on motivating and supporting clients in their well-being journey. She specializes in health coaching in working with organizations to provide resiliency workshops and create holistic wellness strategies.
Jessica is a board-certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, health coach, and Resilience & Thriving Facilitator. She is a proud alumna of Thomas More University, Northern Kentucky University, and a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.
With a proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative approaches, Jessica has consistently championed a culture of health, delivering positive and sustainable wellness outcomes. Her past successes give us confidence in her ability to support, guide, and build into our wellness initiatives.
Jessica has accomplished significant milestones in implementing health and wellness initiatives within organizations, including developing a comprehensive mental health organizational strategy that helped reduce employee turnover and increase psychological safety. Since April 2023, Jessica has also delivered 100 resilience workshops and presentations, fostering mental well-being and improved stress management.
As a testament to Jessica's impactful work, she has earned national workplace wellness recognition through integrated, equity-driven well-being strategies and cross-functional collaborations.
