Don Frericks has sat in the corporate leadership seat and has coached executives for decades. He is a leader who understands talent and leadership development better than most. Don has had a partnership with Centennial, and now Talent Magnet Institute, for over 30 years. He has been a confidant, colleague, and advisor to many -- leaving a profound impact on those he coaches. His approach to extraordinary leadership, leadership 360s, and employee development plans marry well with his ability to invest and build into high-performing, executive teams.

Don helps leaders become outstanding through rapid leadership development coaching. His technique for focusing on the most leverageable change brings immediate results. His "sweet spot" is working closely with top executives to shape them as a team to become better leaders.

Over the years of working in the corporate world and as an executive coach, he has seen firsthand the dramatic effect leaders can have on their teams, good and bad. He has experienced the joy of working for a great leader and the despair of working for a very bad leader, and he uses these experiences to help motivate his investment into the leaders of today.

His own leadership journey formed during years with some of the best companies in the midwest: Cintas, Cincinnati Bell, the former US Bank (then Star Bank), and a large and very successful nonprofit.

Half of his career has been spent in consulting -- focusing on organizational improvement and executive coaching. Some of the companies that he has worked with are: Procter & Gamble, LexisNexis, Reynolds & Reynolds, Brown Forman, Humana and many others.
