Julie Bauke has been a 25-year partner with Centennial, Talent Magnet Institute's founding organization. Julie is a pivotal resource to help leaders achieve their greatest vision for their career. She assists individuals and organizations with how to invest in and care for their leadership. Julie and her team of experts bring the energy, passion, and desire to support their people to both play and operate at their best.

She is also the Chief Career Advisor of The Bauke Group, a Strategic Career Advisory firm focused on working with senior-level professionals who want more out of their career. Dynamic, passionate, and highly interactive defines her methods for speaking, training, and coaching individuals to take charge of their career.

Julie is the Careers and Jobs Expert on Cincinnati’s Fox19 TV and 700WLW Radio, and is the author of “Stop Peeing On Your Shoes: Avoiding the 7 Mistakes that Screw Up your Job Search.”

Her career includes human resources leadership roles with companies in a variety of industries and significant experience in career management services. She has worked closely with diverse individuals from CEO’s to professional athletes by coaching them in pursuit of their best “career life.”
