Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to attend all four sessions?
Can I bring colleagues?
Absolutely. Many organizations send multiple leaders to Leadership Labs. If you have a larger team that you want to bring, contact us about doing a Leadership Lab session just for your organization.
Will sessions be recorded?
No. Leadership Labs are designed as interactive, in-person experiences. We don’t record sessions to encourage candid discussion and participation.
How is this different from the Unconventional Leadership Program?
Leadership Labs are open-enrollment quarterly deep-dive sessions perfect for individual professionals. The Unconventional Leadership Program is a year-long customized cohort experience designed for organizations developing their leadership teams. Both focus on unconventional, people-first leadership development.
Can my organization host a private Leadership Labs session?
Yes! If you’d like to bring a Leadership Labs topic to your team as private training, contact us about our Unconventional Leadership Program or custom training options.
