MEET LYNN WATTS

Catalyst & Chief Inspiration Officer

Lynn Watts, M.Ed is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. An accomplished speaker and thought leader specializing in Culture, Equity, and Inclusion as a coach, trainer and consultant. Lynn is a compelling communicator through podcasts where she has been a keynote speaker, panelist, and facilitator. Lynn is a dynamic communicator with an artful ability to engage groups as large as 2,000 and as intimate as 6 people.

Her work has been featured in the New York Times and Soapbox Online Media. Lynn is a committed learner and has received the Harvard Kennedy School certificate Leadership, Organizing, and Action: Leading Change in June 2020. She is also certified in Cultural Intelligence and Implicit Bias.

As a consultant, some of the company’s Lynn has worked with include YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, P&G, PNC Bank, and the Jewish Federation. Lynn credits her career in sales, with IBM and Microsoft, as the genesis for the comfort and sheer delight with which she connects with people and understands organizational culture.
