Mark James is a Certified Personnel Consultant and provides career transition coaching and executive recruiting services for over 25 years. Mark is also a Certified Partner with Predictive Index Behavior Assessments focused on talent selection and acquisition.

Mark is also the President of Hire Consulting Services, an organization he established in 1999. Here, his primary goal is to help growing companies build strong teams and leaders.

In addition to consulting individuals and organizations, Mark has also reached a wider audience as an author and keynote speaker. His book Keys to the C Suite: Unlock the Doors to Executive Career Path Success was a bestseller on Amazon. As a Keynote, Mark has spoken to Career Management, Hiring Trends and Conditions, Entrepreneurship, Networking, and Job Interviews on Both Sides of the Desk.
